Evidence from the trading week

Notes from desks that asked for clearer spend boards. Voices vary; not every engagement is frictionless.

“They rebuilt our weekly board so the trading desk could see under-paced search lines by Tuesday instead of waiting for month-end finance. The first pass took longer than we hoped because our naming was inconsistent, but the second month landed clean.”

Nattapong S., Media Buying Lead, Bangkok agency — Weekly Spend Briefings

“The visibility review gave us a single map of Facebook, Google, and YouTube spend for a Q3 launch. Stakeholders stopped arguing about screenshots from three different dashboards.”

Siriporn K., Brand marketing manager, retail — Ad Spend Visibility Review

“Our junior buyers finally ask better questions in standups. The workshop used our own messy charts, which was uncomfortable and useful.”

Michael R., Performance director, regional account — Buyer Team Workshop

“Channel mix mapping was exactly what we needed before reallocating a 2.4M THB quarterly plan. Short engagement, clear board, no fluff.”

Ploy W., Planner, independent media team — Channel Mix Mapping

“We still do our own buying. What changed is we can open one pack on Monday and know where money sat last week without rebuilding every chart.”

Q3 retail launch, three digital channels

A Bangkok retail brand entered a visibility review with eight weeks of Facebook, Google, and YouTube exports living in separate folders. The buying lead needed one board before a mid-campaign reallocation meeting.

We normalized currency and date windows, rebuilt share-of-spend and pacing views, and delivered a briefing pack used in the stakeholder call. The first draft exposed two weeks of missing YouTube lines—called out in the pack rather than hidden—so finance could re-export before decisions locked.

Agency trading pod, weekly retainer

A four-person buying pod commissioned weekly spend briefings for a multi-brand account. Cutoff sits Thursday evening; packs arrive Monday morning with pacing versus monthly budgets and a short note on mix shifts.

Month one required renaming conventions. Month two stabilized. The mild friction was real: the pod still owns buying; we only keep the visual rhythm honest.
