Refund & cancellation policy

This policy applies to paid engagements with Future Prismcore Co., Ltd. for ad spend visualization reviews, weekly briefings, channel mix mapping, and buyer workshops. It does not cover goods, software subscriptions, or physical product delivery—we do not sell those.

Eligibility

Refunds are considered when an engagement is cancelled under the conditions below, or when we are unable to deliver the agreed scope for reasons within our control.

Timeframe to request

Send refund or cancellation requests in writing to info@future-prismcore.click within 14 days of the event giving rise to the request (for example, our confirmed inability to staff a booked workshop date).

Full or partial refunds

• Before kickoff: If you cancel more than 7 days before the agreed start date and no substantive work has begun, we refund fees paid minus any non-refundable deposit stated in your proposal (typically 20% where a deposit was taken to reserve calendar time).
• After kickoff: Work already performed (intake, data cleaning, board drafts, sessions held) is charged on a pro-rata basis. Unused prepaid retainer weeks for weekly briefings may be refunded or credited by mutual agreement.
• Our cancellation: If we cancel and cannot reschedule within a reasonable window, you receive a full refund of amounts paid for undelivered work.

Non-refundable items

• Completed deliverables already accepted in writing.
• Facilitator travel booked at your request for on-site sessions, once tickets or lodging are purchased (pass-through at cost).
• Deposits explicitly marked non-refundable in the proposal after the reservation window closes.

Process

Email the engagement name, invoice number, and reason. We confirm receipt within three business days and outline the calculation. Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method where possible.

Rescheduling & no-shows

Workshops and walkthroughs may be rescheduled once without fee if you give at least 5 business days’ notice. Shorter notice or no-show may forfeit the session fee for that date. Weekly briefing retainers paused for more than two consecutive weeks are treated as a cancellation of remaining prepaid weeks unless otherwise agreed.

Work already started

Visibility reviews and mapping projects that have passed data intake are billed for time spent through the stop date, with remaining prepaid balance refunded or applied to a later engagement at your choice.
